Assistance Provided: Two financial assistance programs are available: the General Cancer Fund provides monies for adult cancer patients who experience financial challenges while in active treatment and the Mark Hudson II Fund provides monies to assist families who have a child in active cancer treatment.
Eligibility Requirement: Income eligibility standard is based on the 2009 Federal Poverty Guidelines at 200% poverty level or less.
Application Procedure: Download, print, and mail completed Intake form to Christians Overcoming Cancer.
Assistance Provided: Financial assistance to women with a cancer diagnosis for expenses, such as medical bills, transportation, medications, and groceries.
Assistance Provided: Financial assistance for young adult cancer survivors.
Eligibility Requirements: Applicants must be between the ages 15-39 recently diagnosed, currently undergoing treatment, or in remission w/n 3 years of diagnosis. Applicant must show proof of financial need through bills and bank statements. Applicant must have needs that cannot be met by insurance or other forms of financial assistance.
Assistance Provided: Financial assistance for adult and pediatric Jewish cancer patients for expenses such as, medical expenses, insurance payments, co-payments, housekeeping, mortgage, rent, and utilities.
